なぜ今更フィルム？と思われる人も多いでしょうが、中古でフィルムカメラを買いました。もちろん、デジタルと同じでキャノンにしました。モデルはElan 7NEで多分４年ほど前に発売されたもので、キャノンのプロ使用以外のフィルムカメラの最後のモデルだと思われるもの。実際に使ってみると、重さ、持った感覚、フォーカスのスムーズさ、静かな動作などなど、撮っていて気持ちが良いです。僕のデジタルのシャッターの音がうるさすぎるように感じるほどです。もちろん、サブとして使う予定ですが、写真を学ぶのには良いかなぁと思っています。
A lot of people would think why buy a film camera now, but I bought an used one recently. Of course, I chose one from Canon as I use Canon digital. The model is Elan 7NE which was released about 4 years ago, and I believe it was the last non-professional film camera Canon has released. I absolutely love the comfortable weight, how it fits/sits in my hands, smooth focus, and quiet operation. It made me feel the shutter noise from my digital is too loud. Of course, this would be my backup camera. But I think using a film camera would benefit me to learn photography.
